Hawai'i Police Department’s Kona Community Policing Section in collaboration with the Hawai'i Island Police Activities League (HI-PAL) is teaming up with Kai Opua Canoe Club and Kai 'Ehitu Canoe Club for the 4th annual HI-PAL Outrigger Canoe Regatta in Kona on Saturday, April 11, 2026.

Keiki age 12 to 18 and clubs are encouraged to sign up now to participate in the HI-PAL regatta, which will feature 14 different events. It's a fun opportunity for keiki to paddle with their club teammates, high school teammates, or their friends that may paddle for a different club or high school.
